Lead Process Tech（空分班长）

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
岗位职责

1. The lead Process Tech assists the Production Manager/ Facility Manager, and in his absence to manage the plant routine operation. ensure compliance with process safety, MOC, and OPHR requirements.

班长协助生产经理/装置经理，并在其不在时管理工厂日常运行；确保遵循工艺安全、MOC和OPHR的要求；

1. The lead Process Tech works closely with other operators and engineers. Responsible for the daily operation including process control, pipeline delivery systems, product quality assurance, trailer filling, routine field/equipment inspection etc.

班长与其他操作员以及工程师密切合作，负责日常运行，包括工艺控制，管道输送系统，产品质量保证，槽车充装，现场/设备日常检查等。

1. The lead Process Tech ensures the LASU safety and efficiently. Involve plant preventive maintenance. Holding safety meetings, performing safety audits (including APSAM, BSP,5M, safety action training and so Ｏn) and report shift production progress and status. report near miss / incident occurred within shift.

班长确保空分装置安全高效，包含工厂预防性维修，召开安全会议，进行安全审核（包括APSAM，BSP，5M，安全行动培训等），以及报告当班生产进展和状态，报告当班的未遂事件和发生的意外事件.。

1. Quick response to quality and process alerting. active Ｏn upset handling to minimizes the impact Ｏn quality (no shortage Ｏn quality). active and initiative Ｏn finding potential quality problem, analysis problem and get the solutions. actively involved in process / productivity improvement (CI project)

对质量和过程报警信号做出快速反应，积极处理意外事故以尽量减少对质量产生影响（无任何质量缺陷），积极主动地寻找潜在的质量问题，分析问题并找出解决方案。积极参与过程/生产率的改进活动（CI项目）。

1. The lead Process Tech keeps good communication with customer to insure closely cooperation.

班长保持与客户良好沟通，确保紧密合作。

1. Improve English level constantly, being able to read the safety manual and operation manual.

不断提高英语水平，能阅读安全手册和操作手册；

1. Facilitate the interaction with customer, authorities and other departments. Ｏn shift emergency evacuation sponsor, crisis coordinator within shift.

促进与客户、主管部门和其他部门沟通；作为班组中的危机协调员和紧急疏散组织者；

1. Responsible for the spare parts management.

负责备件管理；

1. Keep in contact with suppliers, engineers, project and maintenance contractors; conduct / take part in troubleshooting  cause analysis with related people when it needs.

保持与供应商，工程师，项目和维修承包商联系；需要时与相关人员一同进行/参与故障排除根本原因分析；

1. Conduct cross training with colleagues. Can take all of Level1 required skills, training and lead the way other operators;

与同事进行交叉培训，能掌握所有Level 1要求的技能，培训并带领其他操作员。

1. Abide by AP policies and regulations, follow EH&S procedure/ standard. Safety work permit sign-off and management within shift.

遵守公司政策和规章制度，遵循EH&S规程和标准，班组内安全许可证的签署和管理。

1. Any other duties as assigned and carry out tasks and requests from reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner.

按照经理的要求及时、有效地完成分配的其他工作和任务。


JOB REQUIREMENTS
任职资格

• At least diploma and/or above in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation or instrumentation and related specialty.

• 化工、机械、电器、工业自动化或仪表相关专业大专及以上学历。

• At least 3 years working experience with a manufacturing company；

• 3年以上制造企业工作经验；

• Have good safety, health and environmental knowledge and understand site safety management；

• 具备良好的安全健康环保知识，了解现场安全管理；

• ASU experience and English ability would be preferable.

• 具有空分工作经验和英语能力者优先；

• Energetic, honest, and hard working.

• 积极，诚实，工作努力；

• Be enthusiastic and aggressive to learn.

• 具有学习的热情和进取心；

• Suitable for shift work;

• 适用倒班工作；
